post a log from a session where this issue occurs. The issue you're describing
sounds a bit like the
Windows 10 Anniversary Update issue, but not exactly like it. However, without a log, that's just a shot in the dark.
If OBS is actually crashing (displays an error message of "Woops, OBS has crashed!"), then please also include a crash log for that session (located in "%AppData%\obs-studio\crashes"). If it's not doing that, then it didn't actually crash, but did something else (froze, locked up, etc.). The distinction here is important, because they indicate different kinds of problems.
