Question / Help Constant crashing. Don't know what to do at this point

It's gotten to the point where I can't even launch the program anymore and it's driving me crazy. Any suggestions? Reinstalling didn't help.

That crash is in the elgato software.

Thanks! I'll have a look at that and see. If it has to do with that I may know what it is.
