New computer here, and I'm having crazy trouble streaming any games at all without crazy stutter and freezing. I've gone down to 1000 bitrate 720p and even then it's still choppy like crazy. Maybe I'm doing something wrong or adjusting the wrong setting?
Upload speed is 5.7 Mbps.
Computer specs:
i5 6500
GTX 1070
16 GB Vengeance DDR4
Not sure what other specs could be needed. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
