Constant birate drops

Im more of less making this post to eventually post more information later.
Just wanting to get things started

Since I started streaming almost 2 years ago I've been dealing with constant bitrate drops.

My down speed averages about 850mpds and my upspeed is about 20-30.

But when streaming my internet will constantly go from 6000kps and drop to 0 then bounce back up to 6000k even to 10k then stedy for a bit then plung back to 0.

Im making this post when im close to bed after trying everything I can find online.

I have a test stream running on obs right now. When I get up ill post that log.

I also have a ping plotter running to the Dallas twitch server.

Im almost 100% that its my isp but I wanna get everything together and know what to try to bring to them.

Start removing the plugins you added. Then open OBS. Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change them in any way. Restart OBS (!important)
Now, perform a test stream of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

If you're streaming to Twitch, please use this tool to more accuratelly measure the quality of your internet connection against Twitch servers:

Anything bellow 90 quality is bad and shows an issue on your home network or (most probably) an issue on your ISP, more specifically on the rtmp protocol which is used for streaming.

And do the usual things. Run OBS as admin; turn ON Windows Game Mode; never put in the same scene a display capture with a window or game capture; only scale within Video settings, not on output setting; minimize the use of capture methods per scene; make sure your GPU driver is updated.

Ok ill do the other stuff later the quoted message is from me using the program you linked.

As for the plugings this was a issue before they added.

This shows 0 quality. It's the same with other US servers?

Then expand the test to more than just your state.

so i found out the issue apparently my node has damage that my isp has known about for months and has refused to fix and basically hit a brick wall with them. so i did the sensible thing and set up a connection from a 2nd isp with 20mps just for to streaming up and its working great
