Question / Help Constant audio de-sync

Have had this issue for several months now. Did a very long test recording and the audio is out of sync from the very beginning, no audio offsets enabled in settings/mixer

Wondering if there's anything that I can do to fix this

Hi,

I'm just doing a window capture (flash) with desktop audio

It would also occur when I was using game capture (stepmania)

So then the device "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)" is out of sync/delayed compared to everything else, and that's the only device with this problem?

Wiped OBS Studio and started with fresh settings

Did some more recording tests with other devices

Microphone and capture card (Avermedia Livegamer Portable through LGP Stream Engine) both have synchronized audio over lengthy recordings (1-3 hours)

Tried game capture and window capture with desktop audio and had significant audio delay from the very beginning. Wondering if it's off by the 2.5 keyint

No offsets enabled in settings
