consistent stutter

Hello, my entire stream including my game and webcam stutters every few seconds at a consistent interval and only shows up on stream even though the game runs smoothly . I have tried everything I could do in the stutter forum post and even reinstalled OBS. If someone could please help that would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

That is a lesson in what not to do with OBS. I let the Analyzer pick off the low hanging fruit.
