Consistent crash on scene collection change,

I have 3 scene collections, Im looking to delete the other 2.
I cannot select either of them without crashing.
but seeing how you have to be ON them to delete them, Im in a pickle.

edit: i cannot even create a new scene collection

Resolved. it was the Gallion auburn pitch plugin.
