Question / Help Consistent Bit-Rate Drop on "Excellent" health stream

After a recent update to OBS studio I'm having consistent drops in bit-rate, resulting in lag for the viewers, even though the stream health is described as "excellent" by the Twitch Inspector. Previously this was also resulting in semi-frequent disconnects of OBS Studio (about one every 20 minutes).

There were no disconnects in this particular stream, but there were tons of dropped frames and drops in bit-rate.

Have you tried running OBS as Admninistrator?
