Connection with Companion not working, I need basic instruction

Running OBS Studio 27.2.4 (64 Bit Windows) - works fine with no issues.
Loaded Websocket 5.1 - ERROR Message on StreamDeck running Companion 2.3.0+4599-beta-731e7fb2
