Connection Issues between OBS and YouTube (Vertical stream)

Hello,

I am just trying to stream to YouTube Shorts, but my connection shows that it is not stable. It says I have poor connection or that I should use the recommended bitrate, which is 6800. My download speed is about 947.67 and my upload speed is at 40.21. I know these are rough estimates, but I figured that would still be good enough for one stream. I'm just not sure if I'm overloading my system or if I just need to tweak some of my settings. My computer to the best of my knowledge should be able to run it, so I am just looking for someone that might be able to point me in the right direction.

1. Killer's Software Suite is known for its poor performance and issues when trying to stream. Please download the package from the vendor's page, completely uninstall all Killer NIC items and run the installer, choosing to only install the Hardware Drivers.
2. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
3. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS, but OBS can help. If only installing the Hardware Drivers for Killer NIC does not resolve the issue, then start with enabling Dynamic Bitrate. Settings > Advanced > Network > Enable Dynamic Bitrate, Apply, Ok. Do this before you start streaming. If still having issues then follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

If still having issues then post a new log.
