Question / Help Connection failed / multiple reconnect on Windows notebook

Hi guys,
I have two laptops - Macbook Pro and MSI, identical OBS settings on both computers and I see a connection problem only on MSI with Windows. I start the stream on Youtube and I see a popup about a failed connection, after which OBS tries to reconnect repeatedly, but nothing comes out. I am attaching a log file. Please, help.

Try a cabled connection. Also avoid killer nic whenever possible.
