Question / Help Connection closed by the send buffer?

Hi, I'm dealing with this problem for at least a month.
Whenever I start to stream, after a variable amount of time (from 5 to 36 min) OBS close the stream with the message: "disconnected from server"
this is the log

It literally tried everything I can, I tried every single setting of obs, I changed my router and I contacted my ISP.
nothing changed.
I personally think that the send buffer size is the problem, but I don't know how to increase it (obviously if it's possible)

can someone help me??
