Question / Help Connectio to twitch 0kb/s upload speed problem

Hello I have changed from classic to OBS studio recently and now I have the problem of 0 kb/s to stream on twitch.
I have reset the twitch key, change server, restart my connection, disable firewall, multiple possible solutions but nothing seems to work.

I could stream on the classic version normally and now I can't so I don't think is a problem with my wifi connection. Here is the current log

Remove "opencl=true" from your custom encoder settings.

I've seen this come up a lot lately. Did you follow some guide somewhere that said to do this? It almost never works, and it nearly always causes problems, so I'm curious where everyone being told to do this.
