Connecting a projector as an additional video source

We use a separate PC to display on two screens via 2 projectors. Is there a way of duplicating what is shown by the projector as a an additional video source? We are using OBS on Windows through a separate laptop for streaming to YouTube and hope to be adding three mevo start cameras. We are a church and trying to ensure we can stream our services as well as weddings and funerals.

All help is gratefully received.

The most straightforward would be to add an HDMI splitter to the projector's input feed. One output to the projector, the other to a capture card on the streaming machine. Add the capture device as a Video Capture Device source in OBS, done.

You can also try using NDI to do a local capture on the video-display machine and send that across the network, but it is VERY bandwidth intensive; unless you have a gigabit LAN, it will likely cause issues. It will also need the video-display system to be beefy enough to realtime-encode and send the video to the streaming system (which is MUCH 'heavier' than just playing back a video).

NDI may be your best bet.
Depending on what you are projecting on the screens you might be able to set the bandwidth setting for NDI in OBS to 'Lowest". That will cut WAY down on the bandwidth needed.
