connect two webcam without lose fps

Hello, I'm writting to ask you about to connect two webcam and record with both and it have two video for separated without lose fps. My webcams have 30 fps.

in my previous post I said that I have two webcam with 30 fps, but really It has 25fps. I need getting two videos for separated each other without lose fps. I'm doing a gait laboratory with two webcam and I need analized that human movement.
