Question / Help Confusion of which card to set OBS to run on

Hello!

I just migrated from Mac to PC. I decided to use Quicksync in OBS since that's the best balanced encoder IMO. I read this guide & it said to set QSVHelper.exe to run on Intel. My questions are:

1. Should I set OBS to run on Intel or NVIDIA? Keep in mind all my games run on NVIDIA.
2. Where is the location of QSVHelper.exe?

Solved the first question, though I haven't found the answer for the 2nd question.
