Question / Help Configuring an AVI or MOV file to display every X minutes

Is there a way to do this? I have created an animated social media file, and I'd like it to display in OBS every 20 or 30 mins.. Is this even a possibility?
I'm not super code-saavy, but I'm persistent. :)

For me ... I just have empty air in the animation file for 20 mins (well 5 mins). The mov file isn't that large.
