Question / Help configuration obs pixel facebook optical fiber

Hi

Sorry for my poor english i try to do my best for explain my question

I've a optical fiber

On twich no problem i can stream 1080P 60fps it's good, but when i stream on facebook live the quality is ugly, pixel facebook accept only 720P

My configuration for stream facebook

Rate control : CBR
Bitrate : 6000
BufferSize : 6000

How to have i best quality on facebook please?
