Question / Help Comupter suttering and laggigng is cs:go

When i start streaming with OBS on youtube at 1080 and 60 fps my computer is acting like crazy. my game(csgo) keeps suttering and lagging and i have huge fps drops to like 100 fps. Please help! THX!

This is from my current stream session and i am streaming 720p and 30 fps and still breaks a little bit :(

When you scaled to 720p

So, use those settings:
Video Settings
14:45:58.953: base resolution: 1920x1080
14:45:58.953: output resolution: 1280x720
14:45:58.953: downscale filter: Bicubic
14:45:58.953: fps: 30/1
14:45:58.953: format: NV12
With Lanczos you will have less pixelation

you can use also nvenc as encoder to take away the load from the cpu and you are good to go.
go there for high quali, high profil and two pass encoding on.
