Question / Help Computer mouse & internet adapter issue

During streaming, without fail, my computer will seem to freeze up. Not all components, just the internet & the mouse will freeze/crash(can still alt-tab/alt-f4/windows key) . It requires me to do a hard reset. Thing is, this can happen 20 minutes into a stream, or 4 hours into a stream. I'm not sure what to do? Figured its too odd for it to be drivers seeing as its two peripherals.

Computer specs as follows:
OS: Windows 8.1
MB: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
CPU: AMD FX-8350 (8core~2.8GHz)
Ram: 16gb
GPU: GeForce GTX 760

Will attach a log recorded before last crash.
