Question / Help Computer lagging while streaming?

So i have a problem with my obs studio then i play fortnite i have 200-300 fps but then i stream 60-100 fps and getting small lag spikes in fortnite my graphics is on low and i cant really see the problem?
Can someone help me understand what the problem is i have tried all kind of youtube video OBS Settings.

Sounds like you have FPS limit on Fortnite set to unlimited. Try setting it to 120 first and see how it goes and try the suggestions below.

I know when I play, the highest FPS reading tends to be when I jump out of the bus and parachute straight down quickly. My GPU goes bonkers and hits 100%. So to prevent that, I reduce FPS to 120/144, to be the same as my gaming monitor refresh rate.

Given you have a GTX 1060, I'd I'd recommend moving to 720@60 instead of 1080@60. You really need a stronger GTX card to do 1080. I also suggest keeping most of the Fortnite video settings on low to medium. Post Processing set to the lowest value as well as shadows. The shadow setting is the worst as it can eat up GPU to make usage tip toward the upper 90%-100% GPU usage throughout the entire game.

If 120 doesn't work, try 60.
