COmputer lagging when OBS is running

Hey lads,

My computer constantly lags when I am playing RDR 2 RP. I dont need to stream/record. It begins even, when OBS is opened.


I know I've ran in this issue quiet some time ago, but cant remember the fix.

Any help aprecciated!

No encoding overloads registered so far btw!

Well my description of the problem was kinda ... The problem is, that my keyboard inputs lag a ton, such as scrolling. I think major input lag describes it best.
