Question / Help Computer keeps crashing after couple of minutes of start recording

Hi - used OBS for the first time yesterday. I Recorded a Display Capture for 2hrs without any issues (mp4)
Now each time i try to do another it crashes my computer after a couple of minutes
Any suggestions would be appreciated
