Question / Help Computer Automatically Resetting While Live Streaming

I've been having issues with my computer resetting after streaming for about 30 minutes. I've been monitoring my heat, which stays around 40C for my CPU and 65C for my GPU while streaming. I ran memtest for 9.5 hours and got no errors. I just did a clean install of my GPU drivers, and still have the same issue.

My streaming software is OBS multiplatform v0.14.1 and my capture card is Elgato Game Capture HD (not HD60). I'm capturing Wii U gameplay at 720p 30fps with HDMI. I'm using my GPU for encoding and my bitrate is 2000.

Here's a link to my dxdiag: http://elvis.rowan.edu/~fritza7/dxdiag

If it really doesn't blue screen then it can only be a hardware problem. To double check you could have a look in the system log in eventvwr and look through the errors around the failure, specifically looking for events with source eventlog. Happy to take a look if you can upload the event log somewhere.

If it's a hardware problem, how can I test? I ran memtest and got my RAM in order, but I'm not sure how to test things like power supply, cpu, and graphics card.

I looked through the event log and found nothing. This is all strange to me as I just optimized a bunch on my system since I was having issues with the Overwatch Beta.

Are there any known issues with the Elgato Game Capture HD? That's the only thing that's part of my system, but that I didn't use for Overwatch.

To be honest I don't know. If this was me I'd just make sure all the hardware was seated properly, check my drivers all that usual stuff.

If this happens reliably when streaming then I'd confirm the following settings in Windows to double check whether there is a blue screen or not. In Explorer Right Click this PC and choose Properties, Advanced System Settings (top left), Startup and Recovery Settings:

If these settings are already as above then check in c:\windows and see if there is a recent Memory.dmp file.
