It's not the best set-up, but it should be able to stream simple games like Fortnite. But I keep having complications with it slowing my game performance and stuttering. My internet down is 33.58 Mbps and up is 5.87 Mbps.
OBS settings: x264 Rescale Output: 1280x720 Rate Control: CBR Bitrate: 2500 Keyframe Interval: 2 CPU usage preset: veryfast Profile: Main Base Canvas Resolution: 1920x1080 Output Scaled Resolution: 1280x720 Downscale filter: Bicubic Common FPS Value: 30fps
