Complete Uninstall

Hello all.

Tried to upgrade from OBS 29.0.2 to OBS 30 and I messed something up and think rolling back to OBS 29 is the best thing for me.
Is there a Terminal command that will remove ALL installed OBS content/plugins so I can install from zero?

I should also add, Mac M1 Pro.
And I want to go this route because I can't get OBS to open.
