This assistance request would get better responses if posted in the correct Operating System Platform of your OBS PC, as yours is more a support request, than request for coding/development/paying a consultant, etc .. right?

And good luck with connecting a digital camera to a phone... different cameras will have different options... Android vs iPhone will be different. And WiFi can easily NOT be a reliable transport (lots of ways interference can happen, most in most applications, but no place to hide jitter/latency issues when livestreaming

And clarify when you mentioned cameras.. plural.. is this interview or multiple participants style content from different locations?
And the reason to use a digital camera is typically the higher quality video vs phone camera... but you will then lose that quality by trying to real-time strema it over wifi... so beware it may easily NOT be worth the effort (it depends)

there are applications out there that allow for you to use your android cell phone camera like a webcam and import it into OBS either usb or wifi. if you are looking to connect an external "digital camera" or webcam to the android phone, if the phone has a USB-C port (and depending on the device) you can connect a usb-c hub and connect a device such as a webcam to that. it isn't the most attractive or efficient setup but it does work. once it is connected you can test by opening the camera app on your phone and pressing the icon to swap front/rear cameras, it should cycle through to the usb camera (again, this is device dependent, i know on my samsung note 20 this works.) as far as apple products go i have no idea, not a fan of apple products.
