Common fps Value is only 30

Can someone help me it seems that I can't change my output resolution to 1920x1080 and my common fps value to 60.
When I try to click on the shown below "obs2" to change it the max is only 1280x720.
Also I want my max fps stream to be 60 but it apparently is capped to 30 which is shown on "obs3"
My graphics card is a 2070 mini super!!

If you configured a streaming service, and this streaming service doesn't support higher fps/higher resolution, the higher values are disabled in OBS. Facebook Live for example only allows 30 fps, as well as a maximum output resolution of 1280x720.
