Coming from OBS on Windows and new to Mac. Not able to open a text file.

I recorded myself trying to add text from a file. I'm never presented with a file selection dialog. Here's the video: https://imgur.com/a/FJIzos2.

Any suggestions? Could there be a permissions issue here?

EDIT: I'm on macOS Monterey v 12.5.1; M1 MacBook Pro.

Solved. I just had to scroll down to see the remainder of the options. I blame my cluelessness on Mac for not noticing. Thanks all!
