Combined audio track contains pops not present on separate audio tracks

Hi! I just recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and I encountered a very strange problem that I never encountered before.

I record my videos with 3 separate audio tracks.
  1. Game sound + microphone (used for streaming to Twitch)
  2. Game sound
  3. Microphone
While doing some test recordings, I noticed that there are pops on track 1 that are NOT present on track 2 and 3. The problem also persists when I'm just streaming and not actually recording.

Here is a video showcasing the issue. Please listen with headphones to make sure you can hear it clearly.

Please let me know if anybody has dealt with an issue like this before and if you have any suggestions for fixing this.
Thank you!
