Colors abrupt change (contrast/saturation)

While working with OBS on new mac mini M1 / Big sur I'm experiencing a strange color issue.
OBS abruptly changes colors to a more saturated contrasted/image.
Just refreshing the Atem mini Source fixes it temporarily. but in a matter of minutes it does it again.

Might it be the LG32 display I'm using, since it has other issues with the M1 machine.

Previously using a MBP 2017 and never experienced anything like this.

you can see the second picture (in the obs windows) is more saturated and contrasted
It happens abruptly after a few seconds.
You refresh the source and it goes away.
No changes using a different display (27 inches LG)
Looks like it switches automatically to partial colors even if it is set to full colors.

Any ideas?
