I'm trying to have two different versions of the same footage by having one be anaglyph red and cyan when it's 16x9 an d the other one have my camera in full color when 32 x 9.
YouTube does save a 32 x 9 video as a 3-D video.
The problem is the color filters are nailed to the scene. the local stereo cameras simultaneously be full color when in thirty two by nine mode and add the same time be black and white dyed red and cyan in the sixteen by nine mode.

The main question is how do I have two different color filters to the same two cameras in different set ups?
