Color Change

Hello,

I am looking for a filter of some sort that can change a color while when the filter gets activated it fades to that color and stays and when it gets activated again it fades back. Would anyone know if something like that exists? (color correction does not work how i want it to work)

Far simpler is to make the scene double (apply filters) and use fade transition.
