Cod stuttering when i watch

I am going to play around with settings today and see if I can fix it. I do not know much about obs or the log itself though, so if anyone sees the log and finds whats off, it would help.
 
There's no recording attempt in those logs, so we can't see what is actually causing the lag.

That said, run OBS as administrator. That will add OBS to the GPU priority list, so if you were experiencing rendering lag, this should at least help reduce it.

Do a recording test as administrator, then upload the log file from that attempt.
 
Turn off Psychovisual tuning. That setting (along with look ahead and Max Quality) use CUDA in addition to the nvenc encoder, which can cause issues when also running a game.

Also, if that doesn't fix things, try raising your CQP value (for troubleshooting purposes, try 25, and work back down from there). Any issues writing to disk will also show up as encoder lag, so outputting a high quality encode may cause frames to be lost that way.
 
Where is Psychovisual tuning ? (found it in streaming, but would that effect recording?)
also should i set my quality high or Indistinguishable
