CMake error "Libobs_DIR-NOTFOUND"

I have run into this problem ("Libobs_DIR-NOTFOUND") several times when trying to create a new OBS Plugin project.

One of the "test" projects that I created, I got the error to go away, but not sure how. I can't seem to get beyond it in my current project.

I would be grateful for any help that anyone can offer.
