Closing OBS normally crashes it

Every time I close OBS normally after streaming, it somehow ends up with a crash happening, and I don't understand what it is or how to resolve it.
I attached the crash log to the thread.

I have more, but they all essentially say the same;
tiny_tubular_task_thread (Crashed) - but with a different number ID mentioned before it.

Crashes on exit are usually due to third party plugins not releasing its own process in time. A log file from the moment it crashed is also needed.
Make sure the third party plugins you have installed are updated and compatible with the OBS version you're suing.
If you have issues with a third party plugin you should contact its dev (and other users) via the Discussion section on the particular plugins' page or wherever the dev have set for this.

Well, that's why I added the crash log... I sifted through it myself but can't right away see what exactly is causing the issue.
The only third party plugins I'm using is Stream Elements and Advanced Scene Switcher - that's about it; I don't see those mentioned though.

When I check the crashed logs they all show the same specific addresses for that crashed part which doesn't seem to mention any of the plugins?;

SE use to break OBS. You need to pair it with the OBS version where it do works as expected. Reach their support about the crash. If you do a simple search you'll find many people have issues with it since like forever.
Advanced Scene Switcher may cause a crash like this only if it's not updated/compatible with the version of OBS you're using.
You may try completely removing SE plugin. First use the uninstaller they provide, then manually delete the leftover files they keep for no real reason inside %appdata%/obs-studio/ because this files keeps interacting with OBS causing issues. Then you need to uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix any other changes this plugin may have perform in OBS.
Of course, before doing it, backup scenes collections and profiles from OBS and Advanced Scene Switcher (if it have a way to do it)
