Closing OBS Crashes Computer

Hi, all. My computer keeps crashing whenever I close OBS after either recording or streaming. I'm using an Elgato HD60S external capture card (plugs into the computer via UBS), but its also crashing whenever I record anything on my PC such as a Steam game. Heck of it is I can't tell which log report is the one from the crash, but it should be one of the two attached. Also I've attached the blue screen report.

Any help I can get on this is greatly appreciated.

I've tried the following and nothing's fixed it so far:
- Uninstall and reinstall OBS
- Make sure graphics drivers are up to date
- Made sure my Elgato driver was up to date
- Make sure all my other drivers are up to date
- Removed Avast antivirus
