Question / Help Client Side Static (only while streaming)

So recently I started using Voicemeeter to be able to record and livestream at the same time. More of so I can use footage from my livestreams by being able to delete the audio track that has my music playing in it from the streams. However whenever I stream every about 20s there's a small static in the music and as I stream longer sometimes it gets a little more frequent to at one point (this only happened once) my audio went full crazy static not just for the windows media player but for all sources. The thing is this is all client side, none of my friends/people who have come into my stream have noted any of the static.

yes.. i get this as well.. about 50/50, when I start up OBS, I will start hearing a "nasal robotic static" sound that seems to come in at the peaks and gets worse over time, almost like the encoding is changing or buffers are being overloaded. Restarting Reaper a few times will sometimes fix it.

I've tried several things to fix.. i think it could be related to too many usb devices (cam, mouse, keyboard, mic, gamepad), or cam blowing up and casuing downward spiral. My next attempt is moving to an external sound card, since I was using integrated motherboard sound.

Does that sound like what you are experiencing?
