Question / Help clean setup

Hello, I'm having some trouble with OBS and i'm trying to reinstall to be sure I don't have hardware problems. But I see that even if I cancel the software, when I reinstall, it save the previous configuration, including scenes and other settings.
How can I clean the old OBS file and have a clen setup?

~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio

I tried to do it, but nothing changes :(
It saves alike the old settings. What can I do?

All scenes and profiles are in that folder. If they persist after, you deleted the wrong one.

I've deleted the whole folder in that position. Probably the only one folder with that name in the computer....hard to make wrong

All OBS Studio's profiles and scenes are in that folder. Hard for it to load anything from there if it's deleted.

i had to eventually use “app cleaner” to delete old preferences and stuff to get a fresh obs install. you just drag the icon from programs folder into app cleaner and it grabs all the linked folders and list them for you to delete at your choosing. it will list lib folders as well but they are default set to not delete. however, these folders have the settings that need to be deleted.
