HI, apologies if this is the wrong place to post. But I am struggling to find the solution to an issue I am having so trying to work out if it is OBS, Davinci Resolve or youtube itself causing the issue
I am use OBS to record a game called STALKER shadow of Chornobyl – enhanced with a view to editing it in Davinci Resolve and then uploading to you tube.
I have spent many hours adjust settings in resolve, OBS and using AI to tweak those settings as well as ingame settings.
The issue I am having is that in youtube the surrounding go muddy/blurry when I walk but are OK when I stand still. It has been suggested that bitrate is the issue
General
My GPU RX6600
My Monitors HP Omen @ 2560x1440 165htz
OBS Settings
Canvas 2560x1440
Output 2560x1440
Using Hybrid MP4
AMD HW H.265 (HEVC)
Lanczos sharpened scallig 36 samples – 2560x1440
I just want to confirm if those setting should be good for getting this game to look good. It may well be that the issue lays within resolve or YouTube itself but using OBS as the staying point. Any assistance is appreciated.
