church streams dropping to FB and YT

Church streams to FB and YT sporadically just drop while active. Ran online log analyzer and have done all steps. We can't move to v32 as Lumens camera control doesn't work with v32, fix coming in April, maybe; so we're on v31.

Error log attached seems to indicate an obs-multi-rtmp plugin, but i do not find any file by that name in plugin directory? Appreciate any help here, thank you

Did you see this in the log
> 09:03:31.500: Lenovo Vantage / Legion Edge is installed. The "Network Boost" feature must be disabled when streaming with OBS.

Do you multi-stream?
log shows
09:03:32.611: [obs-multi-rtmp] Load config from C:\Users\PC\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio/basic/profiles/SMMP/obs-multi-rtmp.json
09:03:32.628: [obs-multi-rtmp] version: 0.5.0.4 by SoraYuki https://github.com/sorayuki/obs-multi-rtmp/

I'm aware of the app, but never used it, so no idea where it installs, its file names, etc. The plugin thread should have such details. Or the documentation at the github link referenced in the log
Maybe someone installed the plugin at some point, and didn't fully uninstall? if so, again the plugin thread is best place for specific support...
take that back, towards bottom of log, clear multi-output plugin is operating... so, if not using, then probably best to research and execute proper full uninstall of that plugin

For HoW I setup, we used to livestream and have video archive on Facebook, and that worked for years. But when FB decided to delete history, we moved that over to YouTube channel, but still livestream only to FB (for single community for comments, etc... basically so elderly and others don't have to learn something new). Someday maybe they will switch to streaming to YouTube and ignore FB altogether?
For now, we Record locally at a bitrate about 3X that of stream, that way any marketing video clips desired, weddings, baptisms, etc can be higher fidelity than the highly compressed videos that YT, FB and similar store. It is that higher bitrate video that gets uploaded to YT (vs multi-streaming).
