Our Church needs a new PC to livestream. We have a sony handycam and an Aver Media Livegamer. We have been streaming to youtube with a borrowed gaming laptop (12gb ram, i7 and 3gb 1050). What do we need to successfully stream at 1080/60fps, while also running presentation software? The laptop seems to stream well, but cannot multitask while streaming well. All we need to do is stream the video and run a simple presentation program, we are not gaming or running anything graphic intense. Before we started streaming, an intel pentium laptop with 8gb of ram was handling our program just fine. Best Buy has an HP with 16gb Ram and an i7 but no GPU for $719, or a Dell with 8gb of ram, an i5, and a 6gb 1060 for $929. Is a dedicated GPU necessary? Is the extra ram necessary? Is an 8th gen i7 or a 9th gen i5 better suited for our needs? Thanks in advance for any help...
