Question / Help Church live stream not smooth

Hey guys, we use obs to stream our church services in 720p. Our output from our blackmagic cards are crystal clear but cant get youtube videos to look quite as good. I will add a log and a youtube link so you guys can see.

For YouTube streaming, increase your bitrate as high as your connection allows.
