Question / Help Chrome in Linux available?

I am new, maybe I have not found it yet.

I want to use Chrome in Linux with my green background.

I watched a YouTube video, where the presenter clicked on Preferences at the Camera in Sources. He clicked on the dropper tool and checked for the correct green value.
I don't have Chrome settings in my Preference window at all.

Is it not available for Linux? Then how can I do it?
Does it depend on the camera?

Chroma key filter. You're probably looking at a guide for classic. Such guides are outdated.

Is there a way to chromakey in Linux 18? Why did is drop from Classic?

Keying is done in effect filters.
