Question / Help chromacam problem

Hello guys,
so I received my new Logitech cam yesterday which allows you to remove your background with the chromacam / personify app.
The problem is OBS crashes immediately after selecting chroma cam as resource, the cam allone works perfectly.
I read on several platforms (youtube comments, this forum here) that there are hundreds of users with the same problem since years and nobody seems to fix this?

I´m really annoyed and don´t get why there are no intentions to fix this problem... :/ is there a new trick maybe? I tried to uninstall it but yea still the same problem.

Hello, if you still have that problem, here is how to fix it, i had the exact same problem before i figured it out recently, im guessing that you have downloaded chromacam and everything already, start obs in 32 bit mode and choose Chromacam as ur webcam and if you want to remove the background aswell, then rightclick on it and choose Filter, click the + under "Effect Filters" and choose Chroma Key :)
