Question / Help Chromacam crashes obs (SOLVED)

The crash happens while using some "personifyapi.dll", which is neither a standard dll that's coming with OBS, nor with Windows. You may check to which program, library or plugin it belongs and either remove it or update it, in case of there are updates available for that.
 
Ok thank you very much for the fast and very on point awnser. Just for future knowledge, the app itself is called Chromacam (publisher is Personify) and i use it instead of a green screen to detour myself. Dear Obs team it uses to work very fine before on older version of obs. Take also note that with SLOBS it has a little bug. I imagine the issu does not come frome you but rather form personify. Could you contact them and see how both of you can resolve the issue ? thx
 
Take note: that particular module and program is known to cause the crash directly. It's their (personify's) issue to deal with ultimately.
 
Thanks yeah i suppose it would be a problem on their part. I have been using chomacam for about 2 years and i have never seen an update. Anyway, in an other forum mutiple people in june 2018 have said that doing things exactly like in this video solves the problems.
