Question / Help Chroma Key not selectable under filters for my camera?

I just bought a C920 Logistics Pro HD webcam, I have everything set up but once I go to filter to activate chroma key, it's not available in the selection, below is a screen grab of it missing. Can anyone help?

Drag the window up a little, there is another "+" Button that is cut off by the task bar where you will find the chroma keyer.

Oh that was it! yeah my laptop cut it off from my task bar like you mentioned thank you man!!!
