Question / Help Chroma Key Green Screen

I am new to OBS and I would like to begin using it with a Chroma Key matte. I am using the Facetime camera (for now) and I have a green screen with the Chroma Key filter applied and it does a good job of keying the green. How do I now add a background image?

I'm not sure if this is the preferred way to get a background keyed in but I added 2 sources, the Facetime camera and an Image. The camera has a Chroma Key (green) set and OBS now shows the image behind me with the green screen black.
If there is a better way, someone please let me know. However, now for the $64K question. I want to get the video stream out to Skype or Facetime. Does OBS provide any support to do this? For example, does it support Syphon (for output, as a server).

Does Syphon Inject provide Syphon output from OBS? I tried running it and clicked inject and then ran a Syphon Client. The client sees OBS-Inject as a source but I don't see the stream.
