Question / Help Choppy Window Capture from HD60 to OBS on MacBook Pro

Hello,
When I window capture my Elgato HD60 in OBS the screen gets choppy. This is before I even start to stream. I am wondering if anyone has a fix for this?

Window capture does not have very good performance. Try display capture instead and crop it to the Elgato window.
