Hi Guys,
I am very new to streaming and using OBS. When I record my iphone playing a game using window or display capture it is very choppy/laggy
I'm not even sure if my laptop is good enough, here are my computer specs.
Please give me some advice?

Use the QuickSync (QSV) encoder. Profile High Preset Quality.

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...ore-i3-2350m-processor-3m-cache-2-30-ghz.html shows Quick Sync Video is available. You may need to enable it in bios. See https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-use-quicksync.82/
1. If available, update Windows 10 to 2004 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. Run OBS as Admin
3. If you plan on uploading your recordings then having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial". See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kjZZNT5js4
4. Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.

Thanks for the help
But it looks like I do not have Quick Sync. I went into Bios and could not find it.
Time to look for a new laptop
